UK Postage
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, postage £3.50
Delivery estimate of 3 - 5 Working days. 
 
Express Delivery Options
Special Delivery Next Day costs £8 and ensures your order will be with you before 1pm the next day Only available for Mon-Fri delivery, order before 2pm
Please note orders placed Friday will arrive Monday morning and orders placed Saturday will arrive Tuesday morning.

Next day delivery will require a signature on arrival. If you won't be in please provide an alternative delivery address or be prepared to collect your item from your local sorting office. In some cases items are not available for collection for up to 48 hours.
 
Ordering from Abroad
All international orders are sent International Signed for at a cost of £10.
Estimated delivery times as follows:
Western Europe - 5 working days
Eastern Europe - 5 working days
Rest of the World - 7 working days

Making a return with us is easy, either contact us or follow the instructions below.

If you send your return back to Swim Stop ltd, with the return form enclosed (attached below). Once we have recieved your return we will either issue you a refund or send out your exchange.

Faulty Returns/ incorrect item received:
Please contact us to arrange either a replacement for your faulty item or a refund.
If you have received an incorrect item from the one you have ordered, please contact us, so we can arrange a replacement and deal with the return of the wrong item.
