Prices:
Prices are correct as at August 2010 but are subject to alteration without prior notice. We offer a discount to ASA registered clubs and other organisations, please telephone 023 9226 4196 for more information.

Postage and Packing:
Most of our orders are sent by Royal Mail but we use DHL for very large parcels. On UK orders where postage and packing charges apply these will appear on the order form below the product ordered. Orders over £70 are sent to be signed for and orders over £100 are sent special delivery and should arrive the next day.

Overseas orders will be sent International Signed For and we will confirm the tracking number at the time of posting. For large and/or heavy orders we will add the extra cost of postage to the order, if you pay via PayPal we will invoice you for the extra postage before despatch.

Delivery:
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt unless we do not have the item in stock (Saturday's orders will not be posted until Monday) Customers who have ordered on line will be e-mailed if the item is out of stock or when the delivery is despatched. If your order does not arrive within 2 or 3 days we will ask you to check with your local sorting office to see if it is awaiting collection.

Errors:
If you make a mistake in your order, please e-mail to amend the details.
In the event of Swim Stop being required to resend goods for any reason, we reserve the right to charge for those goods pending return of the original goods in saleable condition whereupon a refund will be issued. Any additional postage costs incurred by Swim Stop will not be refunded

Returns Policy:
Swim Stop will refund any item that is incorrect or not required provided it is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Where products are faulty please return to Swim Stop with a covering letter explaining the problem, for a refund or exchange.

Ordering:
If you do not wish to order on-line, please telephone the shop - orders are processed and despatched in the same way as on-line orders. If you wish to pay by cheque please send a written order and cheque to the above address - the order will be despatched when the cheque has cleared. We are quite happy to receive enquiries and orders by e-mail but PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE YOUR CARD DETAILS ON AN E-MAIL AS IT IS NOT SECURE. Ordering on the internet is via a secure server and you will see the padlock symbol on your screen when you place your order.
