The noodle, or water woggle as it is sometimes called, is an amazingly simple invention - a circular piece of extruded polystyrene 6 feet long that is unsinkable. Swimming woggles, or swim noodles, can be used for children as a play item in the pool, to lean on and kick their way up and down and have fun. They can be used for non swimmers to take their first few dips in the pool to gain confidence in the water. They are a non-swimmers must have item on holiday allowing them to just lay back and relax in the water. They are used in aquarobics classes to excercise the arms, pushing them down into the water.
