Each EAR BAND-IT® headband is conveniently packaged with a set of PUTTY BUDDIES® ear plugs. The Ear Band-It is available in 3 sizes and 5 colours.   The small and medium Ear Band-It have matching plugs and the large has clear plugs  Comfortable neoprene band with velcro fastening to hold ear plugs in place. Plain black on inside can be worn either way

Initially, Ear-Band-It® was marketed to children with grommets, enabling them to swim. This has since been expanded to include water enthusiasts of all ages who are prone to swimmer's ear, have ear drum perforations, or simply do not like to get water in their ears. Recent studies have shown that swimmer's ear (otitis externa) affects 1 in every 250 people, while more than 700,000 people have grommets placed in their ears annually in the US alone. Prior to the Ear Band-It®, the only option for these affected individuals was the bathing cap. These "caps" are not only unsightly and uncomfortable, they are often ineffective in protecting the ears. Measurements should be made around the top of the forehead (at the hairline) in the front, over the middle of the ears and around the bottom of the hairline in the back. Measure under the wearer's hair if possible. This measurement will simulate how the ear band-it® will be worn and provide the best accuracy. Putty Buddies® are soft, comfortable silicone ear plugs in bright colours. Extra soft silicone means more comfort and better fit, and PUTTY BUDDIES® extra tacky texture keeps plugs in better. PUTTY BUDDIES® are triple the size of most other children's plugs. Each plug can be made into smaller ones if needed. The bright colours are appealing to children, as well as being easy to find in the pool or bath.

PUTTY BUDDIES silicone ear plugs are reusable and should be stored in the handy carry case.  Discard the ear plugs when they become dirty or lose their tackiness.  Silicone ear plugs are recommended by doctors for swimming, showering and general water protection.   Not recommended for diving in depths greater than 10 feet.

For maximum protection, ear plugs should be worn with EAR BAND-IT head band

CAUTION: only cover opening of ear, DO NOT INSERT IN EAR CANAL. Silicone ear plugs are safe when used as instructed.  Keep away from infants.  If swallowed the plugs are non-toxic but may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipes.  Do not spread silicone plugs too thin.  Avoid contact with hair and oil based lotions.

If you push a silicone ear plug into your ear canal, do not try to remove it yourself. Do not use tweezers, cotton swabs or other devices as these may push the plug further into the canal.  See an Ear Nose & Throat specialist as they have the proper instruments and skill to remove the plugs safely.  A silicone plug in the ear for a short time may be harmless, providing you do not attempt to remove the plug yourself and accidentally push it deeper into the opening
